ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing and using this website, you agree that your access to and use of this website is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws, as governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, the United States of America.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping rates are subject to promotional offers. Shipping rates may also change. All brewers, beverages and accessories which are in-stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order or from your auto-delivery date to receive your package. Please note the following: The United States Postal Service and other freight carriers have restrictions that prohibit shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Touch Coffee & Beverages, LLC will not ship to PO Boxes or general delivery addresses. All deliveries will be shipped via Fed-Ex, UPS, or USPS. To ensure quality, certain beverage or food items may be shipped separately.
Automatic Renewal Terms: If you are placing an order online, or by telephone as part of our automatic renewal program, your membership in the program will remain in effect until it is cancelled. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your membership in the program at any time without notice to you.
IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF OUR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, EACH SHIPMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF EACH SUCCESSIVE SHIPMENT AND/OR INSTALLMENT AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND ENROLLMENT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM, YOU MAY DO SO BY CALLING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AT 1-844-208-6824.
If you order a product, payment must be received by Touch Beverages prior to Touch’s acceptance of the order. Touch may require additional information regarding your order if you have not provided all of the information required, and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed.
Your order is expressly conditioned on acceptance of this agreement. Once a properly completed order, your authorization and a form of payment has been received, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order or from your auto-delivery date to receive your package promptly. We will promptly inform you if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer you alternative product(s) of equal quality and value.
Touch Coffee & Beverages, LLC, (Touch) warrants that your brewer will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Please see your owner’s manual’s warranty statement for further information about warranty eligibility.
If the brewer is found to be defective within 30 days of the original date of purchase to the original purchaser, Touch will, after examining the unit for warranty eligibility, replace the defective unit with the same, or a comparable model. After that (but within the one year warranty period) Touch reserves the right to repair or replace the unit at its discretion.

Touch Coffee & Beverages, LLC prides itself on its products, and is confident that you will enjoy your purchase. If however, you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, it is within 30 days of the product being shipped to you, the product is in like new condition complete with the original box and packaging, and you can provide proof of purchase, please contact the customer support team by phone at 1-844-208-6824 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for a refund. No refunds will be issued before the product as described above is received by Touch Coffee & Beverages, LLC and inspected to meet the above criteria. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
